Who is the study guide for?
Anyone needing study materials in English for the French written driving exam, most content focuses on the written exam. Some information is included about the practical (driving) test.

So what do I get if I sign up?
You receive access to materials (Vehicle code, practice exams, signalization definitions…) in ENGLISH that will help you study for your test. This study guide is ever growing and pages are added often.

How long does my subscription last?
Three months, that should be enough time to get you ready for the written exam.

How much does it cost?
The cost is only €19.95 for three months.

What happens if I sign up and I'm not satisfied?
During the first week you can cancel at any time and your money will be refunded, less any credit card processing or refund fees. This can be as high as 30% of the sale.

Who runs the study guide?
Jeff Steiner, an American living in France. Jeff survived and passed the French driving exam. The experience motivated him to develop this study guide. He wished such a guide existed to prepare him for the exam.

How long will it take me to be ready for the written exam?
Everyone is different, but in general you can figure on anywhere from two to three months.

Do I need to go to an Auto Ecole (Driving School)?
Technically not for the written exam, you can register on your own at your local Préfecture. There are many CDs and web sites available.
