Subject: Registered nurse looking for employment.
Question: I so enjoy your web page!! My question is one of finding employment in or close to Paris. I am a registered nurse with various experiences; mostly in the long term care area and for the most part in the consulting side. I wonder how easy it would be to find employment and are you aware of contacts I could make. Thanks in advance for your help.
Answer: I have personally found it hard to find a job in France. Most Americans that I know here either teach English or have been sent by American companies to work. I am not sure if your being a registered nurse will be recognize here in France. As for contacts I don’t have any in Paris.
