Question: I do have a question concerning my visa. Maybe you can help. I had a student visa for six months that expired June 30th. I am now staying for three months on a tourist visa. Can I leave in September to another country in Europe and then come back to France for another three months as a tourist?

Answer: I would not really worry too much about your visa problem. Legally if you do leave France and then come back in you'll have another three months, but in reality no one will ask for your visa. When you leave if anyone questions you just say you have been traveling around for a while and been to many countries
