Subject: Camping in Alsace-Lorraine.
Question: We propose to go camping around Alsace Lorraine region in August with partner and 2 children. Taking our own tents and equipment. Do the sites get crowded? Would it be necessary to make advance bookings?
Answer: I would suggest that you book in advance, sites can get very crowed. Here are two site that do on-line booking, http://www.campingdefrance.com and http://www.campingfrance.com/indexuk.htm.
