Best Plus: There is a large student/foreign student population here. You will meet people from all over the world. The nightlife is really good as well. Everything is within walking distance-the bank, the supermarket, the doctor's office, etc.

Biggest Drawback: A lot of the shops are chic and expensive. They are not fit for student budgets or for the average working adult.

Comments: If you want to learn the language, this might not be the best place because there are a lot of Americans and Anglophones.
