Subject: Housing in L'Herault
Date: Thursday, July 07, 2005
Name: Michele
Message: Hello.

I would like to rent a house for 6 to 8 months in the Herault from September onwards...Once your holiday rentals have departed, do any of you want a longterm rental for a reasonable rate ...you will have your property back for next year's tourist season???

Thanks.

I've been told not to deal with Frenc agencies and that expat properties make more sense because they come with fitted kitchens and fixtures...it seems French rentals are for very long term housing and so families prefer to bring their own kitchens and light fixtures etc.
