Below is the May 2009 traffic estimation for France. May is a vacationer’s dream. As there are three banking holidays, Labor Day on May 1st, Victory in WWII on May 8th and Ascension on the 21st. There is also the semi holiday of Pentecost Monday on June 1st that could effect the last weekend in May.
All this means that there will be some heavy traffic days. There are two red (Heavy Traffic) days 20th and 24th along with six orange (Moderate Traffic) traffic days.
