A6 AutorouteExit with Toll Booth (Gare de péage de Mâcon-nord)
Hotels, gas & food
Typical of a major highway exit, this exit with toll booths just north of Mâcon has four hotels: ibis (was an Etap Hotel), Formule 1, Novotel and Fasthotel, gas station, restaurant but not much else. After exiting the A6 Autoroute, at the first roundabout take the last turnoff and you'll see three hotels on your left and one on your right. The gas station and restaurant are to your right.
At the same roundabout you can fill up your tank cheaper if you take the first turnoff and follow the signs for Sennece-les-Macon and fill up at E.Leclerc supermarket, open Mon-Sat 9am-7pm & Sun 8.45 am-12pm. Otherwise you'll need a French CB credit card to pay when closed.
This exit can also be accessed from the N6 national road. Just look for the blue A6 signs.
