This 75m2 apartment -- 12mn away from downtown Paris, Montparnasse and 15mn from Versailles -- is in a nice residence with a concierge, it is 5mn walk from all facilities, shops and train station, and it has a direct access to the forest.

The apartment is furnished and is on the ground floor with a terrace; it offers:

• Spacious entrance hall, a large living room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a large dressing, a bathroom, separate toilet as well as an outdoor parking
• Living room has a sofa and armchairs, built in libraries, a tv and internet facilities; large windows open on the terrace where it is pleasant to rest and eat
• Kitchen overviews the terrace as well, and is equipped with a fridge & freezer, a cooker (4 rings), an oven, a microwave, toaster, washing machine, and all kitchen utensils
• One bedroom has a 140cm double bed
• Second bedroom has a 120cm double bed
• Ideally sleeps 4 (5 possible)
• The bathroom has a bath with shower, a sink and small furniture.

The owner speaks fluent English and Italian, prefers long terms rental. Three days is a minimum.
