Q & A

Subject: Job for my fiance.

Question: Here's a practical web site ! I'm French and my fiancé and I have been looking for a job in France these last 3 months. Unfortunately, it seems almost impossible to find anything because Matthew does not speak any French... He's a teller coordinator and works for "Bank of America" for 3 years now. Anyway, I'm leaving the US in a couple days and we would really appreciate to know if there is some American companies in France looking for native English-speaking people or at least if it exists some web sites or organizations specialized in this matter.

Answer: Speaking from experience is it hard for any American to find work in France other than teaching English, witch is my suggestion for your fiancé. When you find the town or city you will live in send out his CV to all the English schools and see what happens. As for links, all the useful links that I have are on my web site in the links section. There are a ton of American companies in France, go to the American embassy in Paris or any American consulate and they should give you a list.
