Subject: Am I close to the action?

Question: Thanks for this. My question is just this. I am going to Paris for the weekend and am staying near the Pyramids and 4th September Metro stops. I am wondering as to how far these places are from the middle of town and the clubbing areas that people go to on weekends. Thanks a lot for your time.

Answer: Where you are staying is right in the center of Paris. Your are either in the 1st (Pyramids) or 2nd (Quatre Septembre) arrondissement of Paris. As for clubing I was into Pubs when I was in Paris, but I remember a club that I passed often on the rue Montmartre around where it crosses the rue Bergère, there where always lines to get into when I passed. I hope this helps you. As I remember it Paris was not a hard place to find a party!
