Joy Dance Workout and Joy Theater Games (in English): Directed by Jackie Planeix and Tom Crocker, former dancers with the Ballet Béjart, directors of Bluepalm in Los Angeles (and both Franco-Californians). The classes combine French elegance with a cool attitude 'Made in California'. Joy Dance combines rigorous physical conditioning and mental relaxation; Joy Theater Games releases inhibitions, develops natural pacing, and builds convincing communication skills in English. Jackie and Tom's intelligent, playful approach inspires high level performance and full-body well-being.
